Stop the Snoring Exercises - They Don't Work

I wanted to talk to you about snoring exercises. People seem to think that this sort of thing will work. It is a completely ludicrous idea. I know from a marketing point of view it might actually sound nice or maybe even something that will get the job done, but understanding what you're up against will open your eyes to the real solution. Despite all the exercises that you could be doing, people are still suffering from this night after night and that should be enough to show you why it doesn't work. Anyway, I'm going to show you why snoring exercises don't work.

It is something that annoys me, but have you ever asked yourself why you snore? The tissue in your throat is vibrating as you breath in and out. I think everyone recognizes that, but why does that tissue start to vibrate only when you're asleep. Essentially when you sleep, your muscles go into a relaxed state. This means that your jaw becomes unsupported by your muscles and it is forced to rest on your throat. It is this pressure that creates the entire problem.

Since we can now see the snoring exercises don't work, what should you be doing? Well, it should be obvious that your jaw needs to be supported the entire night that you sleep. All you need to use is a jaw supporter. It wraps around the back of your head and your chin. It holds up the jaw in a comfortable manner all night.
